Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, colours, availability and other product information. Minor variations may occur because of photography, lighting, display settings or packaging changes.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes are included in displayed product prices where configured by the store. Shipping or other applicable charges, if any, are shown before order confirmation.

Orders

Placing an order is a request to purchase. An order may be cancelled or rejected where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or technical error, a delivery limitation applies, fraud or misuse is suspected, or another legitimate operational reason applies. If payment has already been collected for an order that Parosicart cancels, the eligible amount will be refunded according to the applicable policy.

Payments

Depending on availability, checkout may offer UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, EMI, Cardless EMI, Pay Later and Cash on Delivery. Payment-method availability and eligibility can depend on the customer, order value, location and the applicable payment provider.

EMI, Cardless EMI and Pay Later

EMI, Cardless EMI and Pay Later facilities are provided by the applicable payment or financial service provider. The provider may determine eligibility, tenure, interest, fees, credit approval and other applicable terms. Parosicart does not independently approve or guarantee a customer's eligibility for these facilities.

For EMI, Cardless EMI and Pay Later purchases, return and exchange for change of mind are not available. Any remedy required because of a wrong, damaged, defective or materially misdescribed product, or required under applicable law or provider rules, will be handled according to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and provider process.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on product availability, order time, serviceability, seller processing, delivery capacity and circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

These are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Customers should review that policy before ordering.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details, being reasonably available to receive orders, and using the website lawfully. Fraudulent use, payment abuse and misuse of the website are prohibited.

Intellectual Property

Website content, logos, graphics, product images, text and design elements may belong to Parosicart or their respective owners and may not be used without appropriate permission.
