Cancellation Requests

To request cancellation, contact us as early as possible using the email above. Please include your Order ID, registered contact details and the reason for cancellation.

Return & Refund Support

For eligible returns or refunds, include your Order ID and describe the issue. For normal orders, return requests must be raised on the same calendar day as delivery. EMI, Cardless EMI and Pay Later orders are not eligible for change-of-mind return or exchange; applicable wrong, damaged, defective or materially misdescribed product remedies are handled under the applicable policy.
